Life is bittersweet!
After 24 years as a Financial Advisor with my own
company (www.afdadvisors.com) and, after surviving a major car accident, I decided to retire and pursue other interests in life.
My business credentials:
I am a Certified Financial Planner ™ and an Enrolled Agent (Enrolled to
Practice before the Internal Revenue Service)
Founder of Advanced Financial Designs, a fee-only financial planning,
investment and tax planning firm.
Registered Investment Advisor
California Life and Disability Insurance License Holder
Graduate of Corporate Coach University
My personal credentials:
Soto Zen Buddhist and student of Kwong Roshi since 1984
Shambhala Buddhist practitioner since 1998
Ikenobo Ikebana Student of Mitsuko Omachi
Aspiring writer. I have published material-mainly financial stuff.
Personal stuff:
I love animals and plants but have none
I read mostly financial stuff and spiritual books. Go figure.
I am definitely an urban guerilla (will never leave my heart in San
Francisco), but enjoy nature.
I aim to sharpen my writing skills through this blog, and I hope to publish
more articles in the future.
I am developing my ideal coaching practice, which I really enjoy.
I love art and my husband, but not in that order.
I like feedback. But keep it short and sweet.
Bittersweet chocolate is my favorite!!
